Refund Policy

At Nad De Paris, we want you to love your jewelry. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

 

Return Window
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

 

Conditions For Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

  • Unworn and unused.

  • In its original packaging (box and pouch).

  • With all tags and protective seals intact.

Please note: For hygiene reasons, earrings can only be returned if the protective hygiene seal has not been removed or tampered with.

 

Sale Items
Great news! We accept returns on sale items as well, provided they meet the conditions above.

 

How To Initiate A Return
To start a return, please contact us at contact@naddeparis.com with your order number. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

(Note: If you prefer Store Credit instead of a refund, just let us know in your email!)


Damages and Issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded by store credit at Nad de Paris online store.
